2007 Bird Cam Timeline February 22: First falcon sighted at Elk River Station. March 28: Courting activities observed. April 9: 1st egg was laid. April 14: Three eggs were observed in the nest box. May 18: First two eggs hatched. May 19: Last egg hatched. June 8: Eyasses were banded by the Raptor Resource Project. June 18: Juveniles ventured outside the nest box and onto the plant roof. June 30: Juveniles began to fledge (approximate date).They continued to use the nest box, especially at night. July 13: Last juvenile left the nest box. August 15: Last sighting of the female. |
